Our objectives

To strengthen and sustain General Practice, supporting all member practices whilst expanding clinical leadership and peer support and looking to reduce the administrative burden faced and increase capacity.
To deliver services which support Member Practices and the Local Population, improving patient access, focussing on population health management and leading the delivery of safe and high quality primary care services.
To work collaboratively as an Alliance alongside the Local Medical Committee, Primary Care Networks, Commissioners and the Provider Collaborative.
To deliver Tier 3 Out-of-Hospital services positioning the Federation/Alliance as the provider of choice.
To build a resilient and innovative organisation ensuring financial sustainability, organisational development and embracing new ways of working.
